A•Man is a Tool, that can help to coordinate with several business partners or friends at once.
Especially if you need to find an appoint time with many different persons there is a need quite for a high amount of synchronization efforts. Till everybody know when the meeting will be, if the meeting will be and who will attend it can take many synchronization rounds. Using A•Man you can see very fast and efficient when an appointment is and who will be able to attend.

Of course those pools are only available to very certain users who can be defined by yourself. If a user doesn't have the correct link, which has to be provided by you, the person can't see the pool. The link is combined with a code which will allow the user to see the pool.
